Our Anatomy Class is back by popular demand!
Body Concepts’ Applied Anatomy Class is an introduction to the essential components of the musculo-skeletal system: joints and muscles involved in movement. Applied Anatomy is an interactive class geared towards Pilates and fitness instructors, including practical correlations between anatomy and exercises. Knowledge of general anatomy can significantly advance the skills of an instructor, both in providing a safe environment and helping clients to achieve their specific fitness goals. This class can also help the avid exercise enthusiast understand why and how their body works, decreasing injury and improving performance. Rob and Linda love to teach, so come with lots of questions!
