I had a fantastic row this afternoon at Lake Natoma.  The Canadian National Team was taking a lunch break, and Capital Crew was not due until 3pm,  so I had the lake all  to myself.  I rowed to the island and back in the single.  Worked on my balance in the boat using my lower body and keeping my hands light and blades barely on the water.  Thanks to Nathan for the hand height pointer and to Julie for the pressure- on-the-feet pointer.  It was beautiful, peaceful, hard work and thoroughly enjoyable.  Thanks to Chloe at the AC for helping me rack the boat.  Wouldn’t want to live and work anywhere else!
