
Kathi became a yoga teacher, after four years of personal practice, in 2001. She studied with Cyndi Lee of Om Yoga and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. Kathi found Pilates in 2003 and completed her Stott Mat training in 2004. She then trained with Pilates Coach before settling on Balance Body University, and has since completed all the training modules. Kathi’s sensibilities and dedication enable her to work with private clients who suffer from physical issues that prevent them from participating in group classes and clients that enjoy the personal attention of privates, as well as teaching all levels of classes.
Kathi and her husband moved back to Northern California in 2008 after spending 11 years in Memphis, TN and have two adult sons who live in Southern California.
