Heart Rate and/or Power Zones $100
This test will provide specific numbers to use to improve the effectiveness in your training program and/or how you ride your events. Completed on your own bike on a Computrainer, this test will take one hour from warm-up to finish. We recommend coming in fully recovered with fresh legs for this test as your data will be affected if you are fatigued or dehydrated. If you use a Polar HR monitor, bring it with you. If you don’t we will provide one.
Power Testing $100
Testing your power can provide information on the type of sprinter you are/may become and monitor training progress. This test is also done on a Computrainer for reliability and requires one hour to complete from warm up to finish.
Spin Analysis $100
Do you pedal squares, triangles or circles? Are your left and right legs contributing equally to making your bike go faster? Is you overall efficiency numbers excellent or poor? This test can show you how to improve your pedal stroke 20% or more. The test is also done on a Computrainer and requires a one hour block of time to complete. In addition to the evaluation, you will receive coaching on how to improve your current technique.
Biomechanical Evaluation $100
Performed by a Physical Therapist with over 20-years of orthopedic-sports medicine experience and Elite USA Cycling Coach, you will learn what your limiters and strengths are. From bone alignment to flexibility to strength we will check specific areas vital to successful cycling. From injury prevention to injury recovery, this test will give you a clear picture of where you currently stand and what you need to do to achieve your goals..
