Pelvic Floor Treatment

At Body Concepts we offer a non-invasive approach to treating pelvic floor related issues.

We focus on core-pelvic floor conditioning and functioning of the lumbar spine, pelvis, and hip. Just like any other muscular/joint imbalance can lead to dysfunction, many issues are the result of either over or underactive pelvic floor musculature in relationship to its function as part of our core. By restoring coordination, strength, and joint function, one can resolve many issues affecting your daily functioning.

Ashlen Paustenbach, DPT has taken continued education in pelvic floor issues, does myofascial release for spine, pelvic, and hip imbalances and has personal prenatal pelvic floor experience.
